Enterprise — starting at $4,999/mo. Custom contract. 5 seats included, $499/mo per extra (max 25). De-identified animal-level records. 100K queries/mo, 200 bulk exports/mo, 1 custom analysis request/mo.
Government — starting at $9,999/mo. Custom contract, wire transfer only. 10 seats included. Unlimited queries (fair-use), 500 bulk exports/mo, unlimited custom analyses.
Annual prepay: 15% off. 2-year prepay: 20% off. 3-year prepay: 25% off. Paid in full upfront.
Bulk seat discounts (Enterprise + Government): seats 11–25 at $399/mo, 26–50 at $299/mo, 51+ custom.

By submitting this application I agree:

Citation required. Every publication, derivative work, presentation, white paper, regulatory submission, or commercial product that uses data accessed through this subscription must cite: "Data accessed through Everyday Utility Studio's AniLedger Research Database (https://everydayutilitystudio.com), used under license from Everyday Utility Studio (Julie L. Schwab, Founder)."
No reselling, sublicensing, or redistribution. Data accessed through this subscription is for the named organization's internal research only.
Strict cancellation. 60 days written notice required to cancel. No prorated refunds. No mid-cycle downgrades. Annual auto-renewal unless cancelled with 60-day notice.
Access revoked at term end at midnight UTC on the last paid day. Cached exports retained subject to Data Use Agreement.
EUS may terminate for cause without refund for: unpaid invoice 30+ days, shared credentials, exceeded limits via automation, breach of DUA, misrepresentation, unauthorized resale, or owner re-identification attempts.
Reactivation fee of $1,000 plus all past-due amounts is required to restore access after termination/delinquency.
Customer must delete cached data within 30 days of subscription termination, except cohorts already published in peer-reviewed papers.
Pricing may increase. 60 days notice; existing customers grandfathered on current rate for their remaining contract term.
New York State law governs. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Allegany County, NY.
